深井、超深井套管柱强度设计磨损分析

    Wear Analysis for Strength Design of Casing Strings in Deep and Ultra-deep Wells

    • 摘要: 结合深井、超深井套管柱的服役环境与实际力学载荷,分析了国外先进套管柱设计规范,重点研究了深井、超深井建井中钻进和生产过程中的套管柱磨损导致的套管强度降低等问题。从均匀磨损模型和偏心筒模型两个方面对磨损套管的力学性能进行分析,并通过有限元软件对这两种计算方法的精度进行比较。发现采用偏心筒模型计算的结果更贴合实际,能提高套管柱强度设计质量。

       

      Abstract: With consideration of the service conditions and actual mechanical loads of the casing string working in the deep and ultra-deep wells,the advanced casing string design codes as made abroad are analyzed.Also studied as the focus are the problems like casing strength reduction as caused by wear of the casing string which occurs during the process of drilling-in operation when building a deep or ultra-deep well,or during the production process.Based on the even-wear model and the eccentric cylinder model,the mechanical properties of the worn casing are analyzed,and the accuracies of the two computation methods are compared with relevant FEA software.As a result,it is identified that the calculation result from the eccentric cylinder model is more practical,being capable of improving the strength design quality of the casing string.
