29Mn5调质P110钢级套管热处理工艺的研究应用

    Research on and Application of Heat Treatment Process for 29Mn5 P110 Casing

    • 摘要: 通过对低成本29Mn5 钢进行热处理工艺试验,得到符合API Spec 5CT 标准要求的P110 钢级套管。对不同调质工艺样品进行组织形貌、力学性能及磁粉探伤检测分析。试验结果表明:采用920 ℃和880 ℃淬火,保温15 min,水淬后均可得到95%以上马氏体组织;920 ℃淬火时容易出现淬火裂纹。现场采用880 ℃淬火+540℃回火工艺可以得到综合性能较好的P110 钢级套管。

       

      Abstract: Through the heat treatment experiment of the low cost-made 29Mn5 steel,the P110 casing as per applicable requirements under API Spec 5CT is obtained.Analyses of the microstructure morphology and the mechanical properties,and the magnetic particle detection result are conducted to the samples as taken from pipes undergone different quenching and tempering processes.The experimental results show that more than 95% of martensite can be obtained after quenching at 920 ℃ and 880 ℃ for 15 min,and then water quenching;quench-caused cracks are apt to be develop,in case of quenching at 920 ℃;and the P110 casing with proper comprehensive performance can be produced by means of the process of quenching at 880 ℃ + tempering at 540 ℃.
