阵列漏磁检测技术在钢管探伤中的应用

    Application of Array Flux Leakage Inspection Technique to Steel Tube Flaw Detection

    • 摘要: 传统的钢管漏磁探伤设备能够实现纵向缺陷和横向缺陷的检测,对于其他方向缺陷的检出效果不稳定。以某公司的漏磁探伤设备为基础,介绍了阵列漏磁检测的工作原理和实际探伤效果。实践表明,阵列漏磁探伤设备不仅灵敏度高,而且对不同取向缺陷具有相近的检出灵敏度。

       

      Abstract: The conventionally-used flux leakage steel tube flaw inspection system is capable of detecting both longitudinal and transversal defects of the tube,but for defects as located in other directions it can not produce consistent detection results.Based on the flux leakage inspection system from a certain company,the array flux leakage inspection system is elaborated focusing on the operation principle and actual detection effectiveness.Relevant practice shows that the said array detection system features not only high sensitivity,but also producing almost the same sensitivity for detecting defects in different directions.
