石油管螺纹自动测量技术的发展现状与展望

    Present Development Situation and Expectation of Oil Pipe Thread Auto-measurement Technology

    • 摘要: 简述石油管行业螺纹自动测量技术的研发历程,指出测量装备在现场环境的适应性方面还有很长的路要走。检测设备和待检测工件的热变形是车间测量不确定性的最大因素。介绍相对测量及其测量装置的测量原理和适用条件,比对仪测量的流程和准则;分析测量系统的重复性及再现性。展望了石油管螺纹自动测量技术在生产现场的工业化应用实现突破后会对行业的发展产生的深远影响。

       

      Abstract: Briefed here in the paper is the development history of the thread auto-measurement technology for the petroleum pipe industry.It is pointed out that it is still a long way to go to get relevant measurement equipment have complete suitability for the working-site conditions.And the thermal deformation of both the measurement equipment and the work-piece to be measured acts as the most critical factor which leads to the uncertainty of in-the-workshop measurement.Also described are the operation principle and applicable conditions of the relative measurement and the measurement equipment,and the operation flow and criteria of the equator.The repeatability and the reproducibility of the measurement system are analyzed.It is expected that the oil pipe thread auto-measurement technology will have profound effects on the development of related industry after the breakthrough of its industrialized application on the production site.
