无缝钢管穿孔顶头表面氧化现象研究进展

    Progress of Research on Surface Oxidation Phenomenon of Seamless Steel Tube Piercing Plug

    • 摘要: 总结无缝钢管穿孔顶头材料的高温氧化动力学规律,分析Cr-Ni合金顶头氧化现象,提出顶头氧化工艺优化的进展方向。分析认为:氧化膜厚度不仅影响氧化机理,还能表征氧化速率,是重要的研究指标;氧化过程中,Fe是主要参与者,Cr是重要的抗氧化元素,Ni能提高膜与基体的结合力;不同的氧化气氛和温度使得氧化层结构发生变化,穿孔过程应尽量保持弱氧化气氛以获得更多的FeO;通过可控气氛氧化工艺得到致密的氧化膜,将有效提高顶头产品的质量和经济效益,并有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Summarized here in the paper is the law of high-temperature oxidation kinetics.And the oxidation phenomenon of the Cr-Ni alloy piercing plug is analyzed,based on which the development direction for optimization of oxidation process for the said plug is proposed.The analysis result leads to the conclusion as follows.The thickness of oxide film not only affects the oxidation mechanism,but also characterizes the oxidation rate,which is an important research index.In the oxidation process,Fe is the main participant,and Cr is the important antioxidant element,while Ni can improve the bonding force between the film and the substrate;different oxidation atmospheres and temperatures change the structure of the oxide layer,so the weak oxidizing atmosphere should be kept during the piercing process so as to obtain more FeO;the product quality and economic profit of the piercing plug shall be enhanced,and the application scope shall be significantly expanded,provided a compact oxidation film of the plug is assured of via atmosphere-controlled oxidation process.
