钠冷快堆控制棒驱动机构用GH1059合金动导管的试制

    Trial Production of GH1059 Alloy Guide Tube for Control-rod Drive Mechanism of Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor

    • 摘要: 采用真空感应+保护气氛电渣重熔冶炼出GH1059合金,经过锻造+热挤压+两个道次冷轧工艺成功研制出外径186 mm/内径104 mm的动导管。检测结果表明:GH1059合金动导管表面质量及尺寸精度优良,基体为全奥氏体组织,平均晶粒尺寸约为78.23μm,晶内有近似圆形的含Cr、Fe、Ni、Mo的碳化物,晶内及晶界还有呈片层状的富Cr、Mo的碳化物;动导管的拉伸性能、硬度、冲击韧性、耐铜-硫酸铜-16%硫酸及硝酸的腐蚀性能优良。国产化GH1059合金动导管的各项指标均满足其使用要求。

       

      Abstract: The GH1059 alloy is made via the vacuum-induction and protective atmosphere electroslag remelting process.Then the guide tube with OD 186 mm and ID 104 mm is successfully manufactured by means of the processes,namely forging,hot-extrusion,and 2-pass cold-rolling.The inspection and testing results of the tube show that the GH1059 alloy guide tube features excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy,full austenite structure matrix with average grain size of about 78.23μm;approximately circular carbides containing Cr,Fe,Ni and Mo are distributed in the grains,while the lamellar carbides rich in Cr and Mo are distributed in the grains and at the grain boundary as well;and the guide tube also has excellent tensile properties,hardness and impact toughness,and corrosion resistance against copper-copper sulfate-16% sulfuric acid and nitric acid.The localized GH1059 alloy guide tube has all of its technical indexes up to relevant application requirements.
