高强度页岩气井开采用CB140V套管的开发

    Development of CB140V Casing for Service in High-strength Shale Gas Well

    • 摘要: 分析页岩气开采用套管的使用工况和失效形式,设计开发出CB140V钢级页岩气套管。以Φ139.7 mm×12.7 mm规格为例,从材料设计、轧制工艺优化、热处理工艺研究、尺寸精度提升、抗挤毁能力研究等方面,实现具有高强度、高韧性、高尺寸精度、高抗挤毁性能的页岩气套管开发,并顺利完成了油田试用,取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the article are the service conditions and failure types of the casing as used for shale gas production,based on which the CB140V casing for shale gas production is designed and developed.Taking the Φ139.7 mm×12.7 mm pipe as an example,the casing for shale gas production featuring hi-strength,hi-toughness,hi-dimensional accuracy and hi-collapse resistance is developed due to the efforts concerning such aspects as material design,rolling process optimization,research on heat treatment process,and improvements on both dimensional accuracy and collapse resistance.The casing has successfully passed the trial operation in the oil field with satisfactory result.
