页岩气井用高性能SEW Q125套管研制

    Research and Development of High-performance SEW Q125 Casing for Service in Shale Gas Well

    • 摘要: 针对我国页岩气开采对油套管性能的特殊要求,设计优化了Cr-Mo-V系卷板的化学成分,采用“高频电阻焊+热张力减径+全管体调质热处理”生产工艺研制出Φ139.7 mm×12.7 mm规格Q125钢级SEW套管产品。检测分析试制套管的几何尺寸、力学性能、抗挤强度等。结果表明:试制套管的几何尺寸精度高,椭圆度≤0.5%,壁厚不均度≤5%;管材的强韧性匹配好,屈服强度≥862 MPa,抗拉强度≥931 MPa,0℃下焊缝冲击功≥60 J;抗内压和抗挤毁性能优异,能够满足页岩气开采用套管安全服役要求。

       

      Abstract: According to the special requirements for the oil casing performance to meet the need by domestic shale gas production,the chemical composition design of the Cr-Mo-V series coil is optimized.Then the Φ139.7 mm×12.7 mm Q125 SEW oil casing is developed with the manufacturing process of hi-frequency ERW+hot-stretch reducing+full-length quenching-tempering treatment.The geometric dimensions,the mechanical properties and the collapse strength of the trial-manufactured casing are tested.The test results demonstrate that the casing has high dimensional accuracies,i.e.,ovality≤0.5%and uneven wall thickness≤5%,and good strength-toughness mating,and that the casing has yield strength≥862 MPa,tensile strength≥931 MPa,impact energy at 0℃≥60 J,and excellent anti-internal pressure and collapseresistant performances.Therefore the casing is up to the requirements for safe service in shale gas production.
