三辊连轧管机轧制力曲线调整方法和事故曲线分析

    Method for Adjusting Rolling Force Curve and Analysis of Failure Curve of 3-roll Mandrel Mill

    • 摘要: 介绍了6机架三辊连轧管机更换新轧辊后轧制力曲线的调整过程。总结认为三辊连轧管机轧制力曲线的调整方法依照“三步调整法”和“孔型调整为主,转速调整为辅”的调整原则;相较于二辊连轧管机,三辊连轧管机调整轧制力曲线微拉钢不会造成拉凹或拉断。分析了连轧断辊、“轧辊打滑”导致钢管轧断的轧制力曲线特征,以及芯棒与钢管脱不开的产生原因和解决办法。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the article is the process for the after-roll change adjustment of the rolling force curve of the 6-stand,3-roll mandrel mill.It is summarized that the adjustment method has to follow the principle of“three-step adjustment method”and the“pass adjustment the primary,rotation speed adjustment the secondary”practice;compared with the 2-roll MPM,in case of slightly steel-pulling,adjusting the rolling force curve of the 3-roll mandrel mill can avoid getting the work-piece concave or broken.Analyzed here are the characteristics of the rolling force curve in case of failure of breaking of the pipe as being rolled in case of roll breaking or roll slipping.Also the causes for failing to getting the pipe stripped off the mandrel are analyzed,and relevant fixing method described.
