    Design of Grinding Machine for Grinding Full Outer Weld of Spiral SAW Pipe

    • 摘要: 为了降低螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管的外焊缝高度,实现控制焊管外焊缝形貌和节约焊管防腐材料的目的,设计制造出一种全外焊缝磨削机。该全外焊缝磨削机由砂带磨削机构、位移机构和机架3部分组成,能够在线对螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管全外焊缝进行连续磨削。砂带磨削机构可以实现对焊管全外焊缝的机械磨削,位移机构可以实现砂带磨削机构整体的往复移动。使用全外焊缝磨削机对螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管的全外焊缝进行磨削,具有连续、高效、稳定的特点,磨削后外焊缝高度均匀一致,形貌过渡良好。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the residual height of the outer weld of the spiral SAW pipe so as to properly control the outer weld morphology of the pipe,and save anti-corrosion coating material,a kind of full outer weld grinding machine is designed,and actually developed.The grinding machine is composed of three major units,i.e.,the abrasive-belt grinding mechanism,the displacement mechanism and the frame,being capable of on-line continuous grinding of the full outer weld of the spiral SAW pipe.The belt grinding mechanism is used for mechanically grinding the full outer weld of the pipe,the displacement mechanism is used for reciprocating movement of the machine as a whole.The said full outer weld-grinding machine for the spiral SAW pipe features continuous,hi-efficiency and consistent operation,resulting in even residual weld height and good morphological transition of the weld.
