螺旋缝埋弧焊管焊缝裂纹及未焊透检测分析

    Analysis of Detection of Weld crack and Non-penetration Welding of HSAW Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 以Φ1 219 mm×18.4 mm螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管为例,介绍了大直径厚壁螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管焊缝中存在的裂纹和未焊透两类危害性缺陷的超声波检测波形;研究了螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管超声波检验缺陷的定位、定量和定性规律。通过焊缝缺陷的无损检验,可及时采取有针对性的预防、控制、调整措施指导焊管的成型、焊接工艺,尽可能避免危害性缺陷的产生,提高焊缝一次通过率,并能及时指导焊缝补焊。

       

      Abstract: Taking the Φ1 219 mm×18.4 mm as an example,the UT waveforms concerning the two types of harmful defects of the weld of the large-sized heavy-wall HSAW pipe,i.e.,the crack and the non-penetration welding are described here in the essay.Also studied are the regularities of defect positioning,quantification and qualification by the UT.Thanks to the NDT to the weld defects,pinpoint preventative,controlling and adjusting actions can be timely taken to direct the pipe formation and welding processes so as to avoid as far as possible occurrence of the harmful defects,and thus enhance the primary qualification rate of the weld,and instruct without any delay the repair of the weld.
