Abstract:
The Series A full envelope load test evaluations as made at high temperature and room temperature,and the test-based sealing performance FEA simulation are conducted.Then based on the air-sealing energy criteria,analyses are performed on the change rules and the dangerous load points of the sealing energy and the sealing energy multiple of the second circulation of different equivalentfull envelopeloads.And theanalysisof thestressrelaxation timeeffectisalsomade to the dangerous load points.The result of the research shows that the test evaluation as done under the simulated working condition load is a method without consideration of the uncertainty of the site operation and in-well load fluctuation as well as the safety margin.The APIRP 5C5 test evaluation is a method to calculate the load according to the strength property of the material,and does not fully consider the time effect of hi-temperature stress relaxation of the material.Accordingly it is suggested to add the time effect-based test evaluation and the FEA of sealing performance to method under the standard.
