80钢级焊接下井型套管开发

    Development of 80 Welded Downhole Casing

    • 摘要: 针对套管对焊连接下井,开发了一种X80钢级焊接下井型套管。设计了3种焊接下井型套管的钢种,采用相同的冶炼、轧制工艺进行试制,并用适当的热处理工艺调整钢管性能到X80钢级标准区间。分析了3种设计钢种钢管的金相组织,评价其力学性能、焊接性能,并据此优选出最佳钢种进行工业化生产;调查产品的应用情况。分析认为:开发的X80钢级焊接下井型套管,其管体和焊接接头的性能达到较高水平,满足套管对焊下井工艺的需要,已成功应用于某储气库。

       

      Abstract: s:Addressing the downhole operation by means of connecting the casings via butt-welding process,the X80 welded downhole casing is developed.Three types of steels for making the said casing are designed.The steels are trail produced with the same melting and rolling processes,and properties of the steel pipe are adjusted up to the standard range for the X80 steel grade via proper heat treatment process.The metallographic structures of the three steels are analyzed,and their mechanical properties and welding ability are evaluated as well,based on which,the best of the three steel types is determined,and put into industrialized production.The application status of the product is investigated.Relevant analysis leads to the conclusion that the welded X80 downhole casing as developed possesses high level pipe body and weld joint performance,having been met butt-welding process requirements for the welded downhole casing.The casing has been successfully used for a certain domestic gas storage.
