Abstract:
Described here in the paper are the chemical composition design and the manufacturing process of the L210NSacid corrosion-resistant seamless steel tube for the heat-exchanger.Also studied are the effects on the metallogra- phic structure and the mechanical properties of the as-cold-drawn pipe body by the re-crystallization annealing,full anne- aling and normalizing processes,and the acid-corrosion resistance of the product.The analysis leads to such a conclusion that thanks to the adoption of the normalizing process,both the mechanical properties and the acid corrosion resistance of the L210NSseamless steel tube fully conform to the design requirements
