Abstract: Described here in the paper are the situation of infor mationization construction of the welded pipe production line,and the support thereby to the weld pipe production.Thanks to the informationization construction,the on-line management and control of the process flow and the process data are realized,and the efficiency and quality of the management and control are obviously enhanced.And it also becomes true to automatically measure and acquire the product data,and to real-time track,query and comprehensively utilize the production quality data and so on.As a result the manager shall be timely provided with accurate production data support by means of acquisition,analysis and sharing of the real-time data so as to realize the manamement and control,and tracking of the product quality in a bid to help the company to continuously improve the quality assurance system.
