一种短流程斜轧扩径管机组工艺流程研究

    Study on Manufacturing Process Flow of Mini-flow Rotary Expanding Mill

    • 摘要: 介绍了斜轧扩径机组的轧制原理与短流程斜轧扩径机组的技术要求,以及短流程斜轧扩径机组工艺设备。分析认为:优化斜轧扩径机顶头参数,可以明显改善斜轧扩径机生产出的钢管的内表面质量,降低内螺纹深度;在斜轧扩径机和均整机之间增加感应式再加热炉可以明显改善由于温度过低造成的轧卡;短流程斜轧扩径机组生产的钢管质量可满足使用要求,成本低,工艺可行。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay is the REM(rotary expand mill),involving such aspects as the rolling principle of the REM,and the technological requirements and equipment for the mini-flow REM.It is regarded via relevant analysis that the inner surface quality of the steel pipe as produced by the REM can be greatly improved,and the depth of the inner spiral defect thereof also reduced by means of optimizing the plug parameters;the rolling jamming trouble as caused by rather low temperature can be significantly improved by means of setting up in addition a reheating furnace between the REM and the reeling mill;and the quality of the steel pipe as made with the mini-flow REM is not only satisfactory to the application requirements,but also features cost effectiveness.The process is practical.
