基于MATLAB APP组件的无缝钢管连轧模拟软件的开发

    MATLAB APP-based Development of Simulation Software for Continuous Rolling of Seamless Steel Pipe Based

    • 摘要: 为满足无缝钢管连轧工艺设计和生产管理的需要,采用MATLAB APP开发了符合实际生产的无缝钢管连轧工艺的性能预测软件,该软件以坯料尺寸和工艺参数为基础,编制了连轧过程中无缝钢管在各个机架中的壁厚、外径、速度和轧制力预测模块,并用该软件来预测某钢管厂在二辊6机架连轧管机连轧生产Φ165 mm无缝钢管时的实际轧制力。该软件具有功能完善、使用方便和通用性强等优点,在实际生产中有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: To meet the needs of the design of the seamless steel tube continuous rolling process and the production management,the practical performance-prediction software for the seamless steel pipe continuous rolling process is developed with the MATLAB APP.Based on the blank size and the process parameters,the said software is used to work out the modules for in-process prediction of the parameters of each individual roll stand such asp wall thickness,outside diameter,speed and rolling force etc.Furthermore this software has been also used to predict the actual rolling force of a 2-roll,6-stand mandrel mill as is located at a certain domestic steel works,and is producing theΦ165 mm seamless steel pipe.
