某注水井N80油管腐蚀失效原因分析

    Cause Analysis of Corrosion Failure of N80 Tubing in a Certain Water Injection Well

    • 摘要: 为了查明海上某平台注水井4根N80油管发生腐蚀穿孔失效的原因,通过宏观观察以及分析了油管的化学成分、力学性能和金相组织认为:1号和3号油管为内腐蚀导致,主要为细菌腐蚀,另沉积物下腐蚀、残酸腐蚀起到加速作用;2号和4号油管为外壁腐蚀所致。油、套管之间的“死水区”存在的沉积物下腐蚀和细菌腐蚀的综合作用导致了腐蚀穿孔。

       

      Abstract: Investigated are the causes for the corrosion-perforation failure of the four pieces of tubings numbered as 1,2,3,and 4 and used for a certain water injection well on an offshore oil platform by means of macroscopic observation,and analyses of chemical composition,mechanical properties and metallographic structure.As a result it is identified that for Tubings No.1 and No.3,the failure is led by the inner corrosion,i.e.,the bacteria corrosion which is accelerated by under-sediment corrosion and the residual acid corrosion,while for Tubings No.2 and No.4,the failure is caused by the outer surface corrosion.In general it is the under sediment corrosion and the bacteria corrosion as existing in the“dead water zone”between the tubing and the casing that jointly cause the said corrosion-perforation failure.
