铜基复合纳米减摩涂料在J55油管上的性能评价

    Performance Evaluation of Nano-copper Composite Antifriction Coating as Applied to J55 Tubing

    • 摘要: 将铜基复合纳米减摩涂料AFRICO-ZG涂敷在J55钢级油管的高温磷化接箍上,分别进行了20次以上的上卸扣试验、静水压试验和拉伸至失效的实物试验。试验结果表明:20次的上卸扣扭矩以及J值均在正常范围,螺纹并未出现黏结现象;螺纹接头的抗泄漏性能和整体拉伸强度均超过相关标准要求。AFRICO-ZG涂料可提高螺纹接头的抗黏结性能,延长油管的使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: The copper-based nano-composite antifriction coating also named as AFRICO-ZG is applied upon the hitemperature phosphated coupling of the J55 tubing.Afterwards the make-up and break-off test,the hydrostatic test,and the tensile failure test are conducted to the said object for more than twenty times.The test results show that after twenty makeup/break off tests,both the J values and the torques are all within the specified normal ranges,and no thread galling is found;and that both the leakage-resistance and the overall tensile strength of the thread connection are better than the requirement as specified under relevant standard.Therefore it is concluded that the AFRICO-ZG coating is capable of enhancing the galling resistance of the thread connection,and thus extending the service span of the tubing proper.
