薄壁管件环辊旋压工艺及其特性

    Ring-roll Spinning Process for Light-wall Pipe Fitting and Its Characteristics

    • 摘要: 在传统外旋压工艺基础上,通过将旋轮作为变形工具,实现旋压过程中旋轮与坯料的大密合度内接触,增大瞬时径向旋轧力,提高旋轧应力的轧透性,同时降低坯料金属的径向应变速率,优化坯料金属周向、轴向的变形行为,以期得到更高强度的薄壁金属管件。仿真结果表明,内旋轮旋压过程中壁厚方向金属均匀变形能有效提高金属轴向、周向的变形能力。

       

      Abstract: Based on the conventional external spinning process,the spinning ring is used as the deformation tool for the purposes of large-tightness internal contact between the spinning ring and the work-piece,increasing the momentary radial spinning rolling force,and enhancing the rolling permeability of the spinning-rolling stress,and meanwhile reducing the radial strain speed of the blank metal,optimizing the circumferential and radial deformation behaviors of the blank metal so as to finally get the high-strength light-wall metallic pipe fitting.The simulation result reveals that during the spinning process with the internal spinning ring,the uniform deformation of the metal along the wall thickness direction can obviously enhance both the radial and circumferential deformation abilities of the metal.
