深井页岩气开采用BT135VRE套管的研发

    R & D of BT135VRE Casing for Deep Well Shale Gas Production

    • 摘要: 介绍了深井页岩气开采用BT135VRE 套管的化学成分、生产工艺以及实物力学性能。以中碳Cr-Mo-V 系钢为基础,辅以稀土元素,通过合理的生产工艺控制,生产出了深井页岩气开采用BT135VRE 套管。分析了BT135VRE 套管的非金属夹杂物、金相组织、常温力学性能、高温拉伸性能、抗挤毁性能,并进行全尺寸实物性能评价。分析认为,BT135VRE 套管的非金属夹杂物级别低,组织均匀,尺寸精度高,力学性能优异,且成品套管通过了API RP 5C5—2017 标准CAL IV 级试验,完全能够用于深井页岩气开采。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the article are the chemical composition,the manufacturing process and the product mechanical properties of the BT135VRE casing for deep-well shale gas production.The said casing is produced by means of mainly using the medium carbon Cr-Mo-V series steel with certain rare earth elements,and the proper control of the manufacturing process.Analyzed are the non-metallic inclusions,the metallographic structure,the ambient temperature mechanical properties,the hi-temperature tensile property,and the collapse resistance,etc.of the said casing.Furthermore the full-scale product performance evaluation is also conducted.The analysis result leads to the conclusion that the BT135VRE casing features low class of non-metallic inclusion,homogeneous microstructure,high dimensional accuracy,and excellent mechanical properties,having been passed the API RP 5C5—2017 CAL IV test for the product,and thus is beyond doubt suitable for servicing deep well shale gas production.
