智能化接箍加工车间MES系统的设计与构建

    Design and Construction of Manufacturing Execution System(MES)for Intelligent Coupling Processing Workshop

    • 摘要: 设计并构建了一种接箍智能加工车间MES 制造执行系统。介绍了接箍智能加工车间的需求,分析了接箍智能加工车间制造执行系统架构体系,阐述了制造执行系统的流程设计应用场景。分析认为:智能化接箍加工车间的制造执行系统通过运用人工智能与大数据处理技术,对接箍进行智能化检测加工以及数据处理,大大优化了接箍加工的生产过程,实现了仓储物流的提质与增效。

       

      Abstract: A manufacturing execution system(MES)for the intelligent coupling processing workshop is designed and constructed.Elaborated here in the paper are main aspects of the issue,including the demand for the said workshop,analysis of the architecture of the MES for the workshop,and details of the MES’s process design application scenario.It is regarded via the analysis that adapting the AI and the big data processing technologies,the said MES is capable of intelligent inspection and processing,and data processing of the coupling,and thus the coupling processing operation is remarkably optimized,and in turn both the quality and efficiency of relevant warehousing and logistics are enhanced.
