真空复合制坯电子束焊缝的组织性能研究

    Study on Microstructure and Properties of EBW Weld of Vacuum Composite Blank

    • 摘要: 采用真空电子束焊进行真空复合制坯,研究了电子束焊接复合连铸坯焊缝的组织性能。结果表明:复合连铸坯电子束焊缝呈现“钉型”形貌;焊缝热影响区宽度窄,无过热区存在,主要为不完全再结晶区;随焊缝深度增加,焊缝区铁素体减少,马氏体增多,晶粒尺寸变小;焊缝区硬度最高,母材区硬度最低,焊缝区硬度随焊缝深度的增加而上升。

       

      Abstract: The vacuum electron beam welding process (EBW)is used to make the vacuum composite blank.Studied are the microstructure and properties of the EBW weld of the composite blank.The facts as follows are revealed via the study:the EBW weld of the blank presents a“nail-shaped”morphology;the weld HAZ is narrow,and free of any overheated zone,and mainly presents as non-complete re-crystallization zone;along with increase of the weld depth,the ferrite in the weld zone is decreased,the martensite increased,and the grain size reduced;the hardness of the weld zone is the highest,and that of the base metal zone is the lowest,and the former is getting greater along with increase of the weld depth.
