    Development of Large-sized P92 Seamless Steel Pipe Used for Ultra-supercritical Thermal Power Unit

    • 摘要: 介绍了超超临界火电机组用大直径P92无缝钢管的制造工艺及产品性能。通过优化化学成分、控制轧制温度、合理设计热处理制度等工艺控制措施,开发生产出P92钢管。该P92钢管具有组织结构均一,力学性能稳定和高温持久性能优异等特点,产品已应用于超超临界火电机组的四大管道及其他关键部件。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the manufacturing process and the product performance of the large-sized P92 seamless steel pipe as used for the ultra-supercritical thermal power unit.The said P92 pipe is developed and produced owing to taking such process-controlling measures as optimizing the chemical composition,controlling the rolling temperature,and properly determining the heat treatment scheme,etc.The P92 pipe possesses advantages such as homogenous microstructure,consistent mechanical properties and excellent hi-temperature creep rupture property.The newly-developed P92 pipe has been used for the four major pipelines and other critical components of the ultra-supercritical thermal power unit.
