高炉炉底水冷用不锈钢无缝钢管的开发

    Development of Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe for Cooling Blast Furnace Bottom

    • 摘要: 介绍了一次成型超长高炉炉底水冷用无缝钢管的技术要求、技术难点及其设计开发挤压生产过程。实践证明,采用挤压制管工艺生产的12Cr18Ni9产品的性能高于相关标准和技术协议要求,满足了大型高炉炉底冷却和长寿命的要求,为大中型高炉炉底冷却水管的选材和使用提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper are the main aspects of the extra-long seamless steel pipe as made with the onetime-forming process for cooling the blast furnace bottom,including the technical requirements,the technical difficulties and the activities concerning the design and development of the extrusion process,etc.Relevant actual practice proves that the 12Cr18Ni9 pipe as produced with the extrusion process has its performance better than requirements as specified under applicable technical specification and technical agreement,being capable of meeting the criteria for bottom-cooling and long service life of the large blast furnace,and worth using as reference for type determination and application of the pipe for bottom-cooling service for the large and medium blast furnaces.
