三辊连轧管机管棒接触角对气瓶管内伤的影响

    Effect by Pipe-mandrel Contact Angle of the 3-roll Mandrel Mill on Internal Scratch of the Gas Cylinder-purposed Pipe

    • 摘要: 结合气瓶管生产现场工况,应用三维有限元模拟分析技术,建立了三辊连轧过程中管材变形的有限元模型,对比了孔型优化前后连轧荒管和芯棒接触角的变化以及管棒接触角和内划伤报伤率之间的关系。对比结果表明:管棒接触角是影响三辊连轧管机组内划伤报伤率的重要因素之一;通过增大连轧孔型的脱离比例,特别是第1机架和第2机架选择合适的管棒接触角,可以降低三辊连轧管机组生产气瓶管的内划伤报伤率。

       

      Abstract: Taking the production site work conditions of the gas cylinder-purposed pipe into consideration,the FE model for the tube deformation during the 3-roll mandrel mill process is set up with the 3-D FE model analysis technology, and then is used to compare the changes of the tube-mandrel contact angle and the relationship between the tube-mandrel contact angle,and the reported tube internal scratch rate as occurring before and after the pass optimization. The comparison result shows that the tube-mandrel contact angle acts as one of the important factors as affecting the said scratch rate;and therefore the said internal scratch rate is expected to be reduced by means of increasing the disengagement proportion of the mill pass,particularly using proper tube-mandrel contact angles for the No.1 and No.2 roll stands.
