三辊微张力定(减)径工艺设计探讨

    Discussion on Design of 3-roll Slight Stretch-sizing(reducing)Process

    • 摘要: 用Φ185 mm管坯生产Φ108~146 mm无缝钢管时,管坯单个质量小,换工具频繁,设备调整多,故障率高,限制了Φ177 mm PQF连轧管机组的产能。研究了Φ177 mm PQF连轧管机组的微张力定(减)径工艺,对其孔型、张力、各机架钢管壁厚、速度及力能参数进行设计,并用数学解析方法在电子表格中将参数的计算编辑成程序。该方法具有简单、直观、易操作和易修改的特点。

       

      Abstract: In case of producing the Φ108~146 mm seamless steel tube with the Φ185 mm blank pipe,the production capacity of the Φ177 mm PQF mill is limited due to such shortcomings as the small mass of the blank pipe,high tool-change frequency,so much equipment adjustment work,and high failure rate,etc.The slight stretch-sizing(reducing)process of the said PQF mill is studied.Accordingly relevant technical data of the mill are designed,including the pass,the stretch,and the pipe wall thickness,the speed,and the mechanical parameters for each individual roll stand.Moreover the calculation of the parameters is edited into programs in the Excel form with relevant math analytical method.The method features simplicity,and being easy to do and revise.
