大容积气瓶用4130X无缝钢管热处理工艺研究

    Study on Heat Treatment Process for 4130X Seamless Steel Tube for Large Gas Cylinder Service

    • 摘要: 对4130X大容积气瓶用无缝钢管进行了不同热处理工艺制度的调质试验,检测分析材料的组织和力学性能。试验结果表明:4130X无缝钢管经880℃淬火,保温40 min,水冷至室温,再经690℃回火,保温90 min空冷处理后,材料具有良好的低温冲击韧性和优异的综合机械性能,满足标准要求。

       

      Abstract: The 4130X seamless steel tube for large gas cylinder service is subjected to the quenching and tempering test with different heat treatment schemes in a bid to check and analyze the the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the material.The test result shows that after being quenched at 880 ℃,held for 40 min,cooled with water down to ambient temperature,and then tempered at 690 ℃,held for 90 min,and cooled with air,finally the material presents excellent low-temperature impact toughness and outstanding comprehensive mechanical properties,having been up to the requirements under applicable specification.
