    MATLAB-based Development of Piercing Process Software for Seamless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 基于MATLAB应用程序设计开发了无缝钢管斜轧穿孔工艺模拟软件。该软件以坯料和产品信息为基础,应用二辊斜轧穿孔机的理论计算公式,设计了穿孔过程中涉及到的顶头、导板、轧辊关键工艺参数计算的用户界面,实现了参数化设计。该用户界面友好、简单直观,能方便灵活地查询、保存电子表格形式的报表,为斜轧穿孔生产设计提供了指导。

       

      Abstract: Based on the MATLAB applied program design,the software for simulation of the seamless steel tube rotary piercing process is developed.Taking the billet and the product information as the basis,and using the theoretic calculation formula for the 2-roll rotary piercing mill,a user interface is designed for calculation of the key process parameters involved in the piercing process,including the plug,the guide shoe and the roll,etc.Thanks to the user interface,the parameterization design is realized.Moreover the user interface is not only friendly,simple and direct,but also convenient and flexible for inquiring and saving reports in the electronic form,being worth using as instruction for the design of the pipe production with the rotary piercing process.
