冷拔模具用硬质合金材料的摩擦磨损性能

    Friction and Wear Properties of Carbide Material for Cold-drawing Dies

    • 摘要: 对比分析了冷拔模具用镀铬Cr12MoV合金、渗氮Cr12MoV合金与硬质合金材料的组织和力学性能,介绍了三种材料的磨损性能和机理。生产实践表明硬质合金磨损率较镀铬和渗氮Cr12MoV合金分别提高了19倍和45倍,硬质合金模具使用寿命较镀铬Cr12MoV合金外模提高了近10倍。

       

      Abstract: Comparatively analyzed here in the article are the separate microstructures and mechanical properties of the cold-drawing die-serving chrome-plated Cr12MoV alloy,nitrided Cr12MoV alloy and the carbide materials.Also described are the wear properties and the mechanisms of the said three materials.Relevant production practice demonstrates that the wear rate of the carbide is 19 times higher than the chrome-plated Cr12MoV alloy,and 45 times higher than the nitrided Cr12MoV alloy.Moreover the service life of the carbide die is approximately 10 times longer than the chromeplated Cr12MoV-made outer die.
