激光沉积及热处理工艺对TC11钛合金组织和性能的影响

    Effects by Laser Deposition and Heat Treatment Processes on Microstructure and Properties of TC11 Titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用激光沉积工艺制备了TC11钛合金,研究了激光功率及固溶温度对其组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着激光功率的提高,合金的强度增加,塑性降低;随着固溶温度的升高,从950℃提高到970℃,固溶时效后合金横纵向的组织和性能逐渐趋于均匀一致,固溶温度提高至990℃时,合金的各向异性加大;采用970℃保温1 h空冷+530℃保温6 h空冷的固溶时效热处理工艺,可以获得最优的强塑性能组合。

       

      Abstract: The TC11 alloy is prepared with the laser deposition process,and the effects on its microstructure and properties by the laser power and the solution temperature are studied. As a result the facts as following are revealed.Along with the increasing of the laser power,the strength of the alloy is increased,while the plasticity of the alloy is decreased. When the solution temperature is rising from 950℃up to 970℃,and after the solution is aged,both the transversal and longitudinal microstructures and properties are getting more and more homogenous. And while the solution temperature reaches up to 990℃,the anisotropy of the alloy gets increased. Accordingly the best strength and plasticity of the alloy can be obtained by means of the solution aging heat treatment process,i.e.,holding at 970℃for 1 h plus air cooling and holding at + 530℃for 6 h and plus air cooling.
