热处理对15-15Ti不锈钢包壳管组织及拉伸性能的影响

    Effect by Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Tensile Property of 15-15Ti Stainless Steel Cladding Tube

    • 摘要: 研究了热处理温度和保温时间对15-15Ti不锈钢包壳管组织及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:15-15Ti不锈钢平均晶粒尺寸随热处理温度的升高及保温时间的延长而逐渐增大;在保温时间5~60 min下的晶粒长大表观激活能为419.03~502.17 kJ/mol;平均晶粒尺寸与保温时间呈抛物线关系,动力学时间指数η随温度的升高呈先不变后增大的趋势;在不同保温时间下,抗拉强度随温度及保温时间的变化趋势基本相同,随温度的升高及保温时间的延长而逐渐降低;在不同热处理条件下的规定塑性延伸强度与平均晶粒尺寸符合Hall-Petch关系。

       

      Abstract: Studied here in the article are the effects by the heat treatment temperature and the holding duration on the microstructure and the tensile property of the 15-15Ti cladding tube. As a result the facts as follows are revealed. The grain size of the 15-15Ti stainless steel is getting larger and larger along with the rising of the heat treatment temperature and the extending of the holding duration;in case of the holding duration as 5~60 min,the grain enlargement apparent activation energy is 419.03~502.17 kJ/mol;the relation between the average grain size and the holding duration is the parabolic relation,and following the rising of the temperature,the changing trend of the dynamic time exponential η is remaining the same firstly,and then getting increased;under different holding durations,the tensile strength changes as following the temperature and holding duration with a same trend basically,while gets decreased gradually along with rising of the temperature and extending of the holding duration;and under different heat treatment conditions,relation between the specified plasticity elongation strength and the average grain size is in compliance with the Hall-Petch relation.
