L80-13Cr油井管的研制及耐腐蚀性能研究

    R & D of L80-13Cr Oil Well Pipe and Study on its Corrosion-resistance

    • 摘要: 分析了L80-13Cr油井管的化学成分和技术条件要求,阐述了L80-13Cr油井管的轧制工艺,研究了L80-13Cr油井管的耐CO2腐蚀性能。研究结果表明,L80-13Cr油井管热处理后的性能满足使用要求,且韧性较高;在相同腐蚀条件下,L80-13Cr在气相中的腐蚀速率约为N80Q的1/30,在液相中的腐蚀速率约为N80Q的1/300,仅发生轻微腐蚀,耐蚀性较好。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the essay are the chemical composition of and the technical requirements for the L80-13Cr oil well pipe. Also elaborated is the rolling process for the oil well pipe. Moreover the corrosion-resistance of the said pipe is studied. It is identified via the analysis and the study that the L80-13Cr oil well pipe as heat treated has all of its properties up to applicable requirements,and has high toughness;given the corrosive conditions are the same,the gas phase corrosion rate and the liquid phase corrosion rate of the L80-13Cr pipe are separately 1/30 and 1/300 of that of the N80Q oil well pipe,showing slight corrosion,which means good corrosion-resistance.
