定(减)径温度对TC4钛合金无缝管成形的影响

    Effect by Sizing(Reducing) Temperature on Formation of TC4 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tube

    • 摘要: 通过Abaqus软件分析了开轧温度对TC4钛合金无缝管成形的影响,包括开轧温度对钛管几何尺寸、温度、应变等的影响;讨论了定(减)径过程中毛管的变形情况,以及开轧温度对钛管变形失稳的影响。结果表明:开轧温度880℃时,TC4钛合金无缝管的尺寸偏差最小,内外壁温差和外壁温差可以得到有效降低,管材温度均匀性良好;出口不同位置的等效应变较均匀,变形较为均匀,几乎无失稳区变形。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed with the Abaqus software are the influences by the initial rolling temperature on formation of the TC4 titanium alloy seamless tube,including influences on the geometric dimensions,temperature and strain etc.of the titanium tube.Also discussed here are the deformation status of the shell during the sizing(reducing)process,and the effect on the deformation instability of the tube by the initial rolling temperature.As a result it is revealed via the analysis and the discussion that in case of the initial rolling temperature as 880℃,the TC4 titanium alloy seamless tube presents the minimum dimension deviation,and the temperature difference between the outer surface and the inner surface as well the outer surface temperature difference can be obviously reduced;the tube has good temperature homogeneity;and the equivalent strains in different outlet positions are even,and there is almost no instability zone deformation.
