不含Nb低合金890 MPa级无缝钢管的热处理工艺研究

    Research on Heat Treatment Process for 890 MPa Non-Nb Low Alloy Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 为避免采用Nb元素进行微合金化处理带来的钢管表面裂纹缺陷问题,提出一种采用不加Nb的成分设计生产BJ890超高强度无缝钢管的工艺。试验结果表明:不采用Nb元素进行微合金化处理的BJ890钢,加热温度在920℃就会发生奥氏体晶粒长大现象。为此提出了优化的热处理工艺制度,采用该热处理制度生产的钢管综合力学性能可满足产品要求,-40℃低温冲击韧性良好。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problem of steel tube surface cracks as caused by the micro-alloying treatment with Element Nb,a manufacturing process with a chemical composition design free of addition of Nb for the BJ890 ultra-high strength seamless steel tube is worked out.Relevant experiment shows that when the heating temperature reaches up to 920℃,the BJ890 steel as treated with the non-Nb micro-alloying process has its austenite grain size enlarged.Accordingly the optimized heat treatment process scheme is prepared with which the steel tube as produced possesses comprehensive mechanical properties as up to relevant product requirements,and good low-temperature impact toughness at -40℃.
