X65MO钢级高性能直缝埋弧焊管的研制

    Research and Development of X65MO High-performance SAWL Pipe

    • 摘要: 针对某海管项目的技术要求,研发出性能远高于API Spec 5L及DNVGL-ST-F101的X65MO钢级高性能直缝埋弧焊管。介绍原材料的成分和性能、项目技术要求、制管工艺以及试制产品的性能。分析认为:试制焊管壁厚中心焊缝和熔合线处的0℃冲击功平均值远高于项目技术要求;焊缝抗拉强度与母材抗拉强度相当;-40℃时热影响区未发生韧-脆转变,冲击韧性优异;热影响区未出现明显软化现象。

       

      Abstract: To meet the technical requirements as specified for a marine pipe project,the X65MO high-performance SAWL pipe that presents far better performance than the specification of API Spec 5L and DNVGL-ST-F101 is researched and developed.Described here in the essay are the main aspects of the pipe,including the chemical composition and properties of the steel,the technical requirements for the project,the manufacturing process and the trial product performance,etc.It is concluded via relevant analysis that at 0℃,the average values of the weld impact energy at the center of the wall and at the fusion line are much higher than the requirement as specified under the project;the tensile strength of the weld is equivalent to that of the base metal;at-40℃no ductile brittle transition is developed in the HAZ;and moreover no obvious softening occurs in the HAZ.
