下井套管上扣不到位原因分析

Cause Analysis of Not-in-place Make up of Downhole Casing

摘要: Φ139.70 mm×7.72 mm J55长圆螺纹防腐套管在下套管作业中上扣时外螺纹有3～4扣外露的情况，分析发现是因为螺纹中存在钢珠导致上扣不到位；建议下套管作业时严格按照施工要求对螺纹进行彻底清洗，避免因异物导致出现上扣不到位的情况发生。

Abstract: It is found that during the downhole operation,when making up,there are 3-4 threads of the Φ139.70 mm×7.72 mm J55 long-round threaded anti-corrosion casing are exposed.Relevant analysis reveals that there exist some steel balls which cause the said not-in-place make up trouble.Accordingly it is recommended to carry out thorough cleaning of the threads as per applicable construction criteria so as to avoid any foreign matter to cause the said not-inplace make-up mistake.
