17-4PH大直径厚壁离心铸造管的热处理工艺优化

    Optimization of Heat Treatment Process for 17-4PH Large-sized Heavy-wall Centrifugally-cast Tube

    • 摘要: 17-4PH大直径厚壁不锈钢离心铸造管多次出现力学性能检测不合格,分析主要原因是制造工艺路线不合理,热处理控制和操作执行不当等。通过采用固溶处理前对管件内外表面进行粗加工,严格控制热处理工艺参数,控制固溶处理转移时间在40 s以内,冷却水温在32℃以下等措施优化离心铸造管制造工艺路线,使17-4PH大直径厚壁不锈钢离心铸造管的力学性能趋于稳定,性能一次合格率达到95%~99%。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the repeated occurrence of non-conformance of mechanical properties of the 17-4PH largesized centrifugally-cast cast tube,the main possible causes are analyzed.As a result it is identified the major causes are the unreasonable manufacturing process path,and the improper control and operation of the heat treatment process.Accordingly the manufacturing process path for the tube is optimized by means of such actions as pre-solution rough machining of both inner and outer surfaces of the tube,strict controlling the heat treatment process parameters,keeping the solution transfer time within 40 s,and the cooling water temperature under 32℃,etc.,which finally gets the mechanical properties of the said centrifugally-cast tube stabilized,and the primary qualification rate thereof up to 95%~99%.
