700℃先进超超临界锅炉用Ni-Cr-Co基高温合金无缝管的试制

    Trial Manufacture of Ni-Cr-Co-based High-temperature Alloy Steel Seamless Tube for Service of 700℃Advanced Ultra Supercritical Boiler

    • 摘要: 采用真空感应+真空自耗+锻造+热挤压工艺试制出Ni-Cr-Co基高温合金热挤压管坯,通过冷轧+热处理工艺成功开发了Φ44.5 mm×10 mm规格小直径无缝管。检测结果表明:Ni-Cr-Co基高温合金管坯及无缝管制造工艺可靠,成品内外表面质量良好,尺寸精度高;合金管基体为全奥氏体组织,存在较多孪晶,纵向平均晶粒尺寸约为72.31μm;25~700℃拉伸性能、室温冲击性能、硬度、工艺性能优良,可满足使用要求。

       

      Abstract: The Φ44.5 mm×10 mm small-sized Ni-Cr-Co based high-temperature alloy steel seamless tube is successfully developed by means of making the blank tube with the process of vacuum induction+vacuum self-consumption+forging+hot-extrusion plus the process of cold-rolling+heat treatment.The testing and inspection results show that the manufacturing processes for the Ni-Cr-Co based high-temperature alloy steel blank tube and the finalized seamless steel tube are reliable,and the finished product has good outer/inner surface quality and high dimensional accuracy;the matrix of the alloy tube presents full austenite structure with rich twinning,and longitudinal average grain size as 72.31μm;and the tube has excellent 25~700℃tensile property,room-temperature impact toughness,hardness and process performance,being satisfactory to relevant operating requirements.
