    Development of GCr15 Hot-rolled Bearing Pipe with Mandrel Mill

    • 摘要: 介绍了GCr15轴承钢的化学成分以及Φ89 mm三辊限动芯棒连轧管机组生产GCr15轴承管的生产工艺流程和重点工序。生产实践证明:该工艺技术去除了传统生产轴承管工艺中酸洗、磷化、皂化以及软化退火等污染大、能耗高工序,有利于节能环保;采用热轧大压缩比轧制工艺技术对提高轴承套圈基体组织稳定性和强韧性有利,从而提高了轴承的使用寿命。生产GCr15轴承管的工艺技术可行,产品可满足用户要求。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the chemical composition of the GCr15 bearing steel,and the manufacturing process flow and key working procedures of the Φ89 mm 3-roll retained-mandrel mill for producing the GCr15 bearing pipe.The production practice shows that the said process technology has got rid of all the conventional serious pollution-caused and high energy-consuming working procedures for manufacturing the bearing pipe,including pickling,phosphating,saponification and softening annealing etc.,being beneficial to energy-saving and environment protection;adopting the large compression ratio hot-rolling process is helpful for improving the stability and strength/toughness of the bearing ring matrix so as to enhance the service life of the bearing.The said manufacturing process technology for the GCr15 bearing pipe is feasible,and the product is satisfactory to the requirements by customers.
