小直径不锈钢无缝管表面裂纹成因分析

    Analysis of Causes for Surface Crack of Small-sized Stainless Steel Seamless Tube

    • 摘要: 分析了0Cr18Ni9材质Φ10 mm×1 mm规格不锈钢无缝管表面裂纹的形成原因并提出改善措施。分析认为,冶炼或浇注时带入圆钢中的夹杂物导致穿孔管坯出现裂纹,该裂纹在冷轧变形过程中进一步扩展,最终形成贯穿壁厚方向的裂纹。建议验收管坯时检查夹杂物水平,加强荒管的修磨,增加无损检测工序等,以控制不锈钢无缝管生产过程中的裂纹。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed are the causes for the surface crack of the Φ10 mm×1 mm 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel tube.Accordingly corrective actions are put forward.It is regarded via the analysis that it is the inclusions as getting into the round billet during the melting or the casting process that lead to occurrence of some crack which in turn further expands during the cold-rolling deformation process,and eventually becomes the crack through the wall thickness direction.Therefore it is suggested to inspect the inclusion level,when performing acceptance-check of the billet,improving the grinding-repair of the tube,and introducing the NDT procedure,etc.so as to properly control the occurrence of the crack during the production process of the seamless stainless steel tube.
