直缝埋弧焊管直度影响因素研究

    Analysis of Factors Influencing Straightness of SAWL Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 从成型管形控制、扩径参数控制、焊接应变等方面展开研究,分析了焊接非对称变形、焊缝与母材的长度收缩率变形差异和“噘嘴”等对直缝埋弧焊管直度的影响,并用ABAQUS软件模拟了钢管焊接应变过程造成的直度变化规律。研究表明,采取预应变、“噘嘴”控制及合理的扩径应变率可以获得0.15%L以内的钢管直度,避免了钢管坡口加工、管端切斜、3PE防腐层不均匀或厚度不足等问题的产生。

       

      Abstract: Studied here in the paper are such aspects as pipe-shaping control during the pipe-forming process,expanding parameter control,and welding strain,etc.Also analyzed are the influences on the straightness of the SAWL pipe,including the asymmetric welding deformation,the differences of the longitudinal shrinkage ratio and deformation between the weld seam and the base metal,and the weld seam "pout" defect,etc.and the regularity of straightness change caused by welding strain process of steel pipe is simulated by the ABAQUS software.The results show that the straightness can be obtained within 0.15%L by means of adopting pre-strain, "pout" control and reasonable expanding strain rate,so as to avoid the problems such as pipe groove processing,pipe end oblique cutting,and uneven 3PE coating or insufficient thickness.
