BT110TS抗挤毁抗H2S腐蚀套管钢种及工艺设计

    Steel Type and Process Design of BT110TS Collapse-resistant and Anti-H2S Casing

    • 摘要: 根据BT110TS抗挤毁抗H2S腐蚀专用套管技术要求,结合化学元素在钢中的作用,设计的钢种为26CrMoVNbRE;根据包钢生产低合金CrMo油套管的装备及工艺,设计了BT110TS抗挤毁抗H2S腐蚀专用套管的生产工艺。试制结果表明,产品力学性能实现了高强度高韧性的技术要求,抗挤毁值高于技术要求52%以上,并且通过NACE 0177标准A法80%YSmin H2S应力腐蚀门槛要求。

       

      Abstract: According to the technical requirements of BT110TS special collapse-resistant and anti-H2S casing,and based on the effects by relevant chemical elements in the steel,the steel is designed as 26CrMoVNbRE.In addition,as per the Baogang-owned equipment and process for manufacturing the low alloy CrMo tubing and casing,the manufacturing process for the said special casing is designed.The trail production result demonstrates that the mechanical properties of the casing are in conformity with the applicable technical requirements for high strength and high toughness,and the collapse resistance value of the casing is 52% higher than that as specified under relevant technical requirement.Moreover the casing is also up to the 80%YSmin H2S threshold requirement as specified under Standard NACE 0177 Method A.
