沟槽腐蚀缺陷对套管抗内压强度的影响

    Influence by Groove Corrosive Defect on Anti-internal Pressure Strength of Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 用有限元软件模拟分析了含不同尺寸沟槽腐蚀缺陷的套管在内压作用下的应力和应变分布及剩余强度。利用弹塑性有限元法预测沟槽腐蚀缺陷对套管强度的影响规律。结果表明,相同的沟槽腐蚀尺寸下,套管管径越小,壁厚越薄,其受到的等效应力峰值越大;相对于管径来说,管体厚度对等效应力的影响更大。评价了含沟槽腐蚀缺陷套管的剩余强度,认为沟槽深度越大,则剩余强度越低,并且管径和壁厚对剩余强度的影响更为显著。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed with applicable FEA software are the stress-strain distribution and the residual strength of the casings with groove corrosive defects of different sizes under the internal pressure.And the regularity of the influence by the groove corrosive defect on the casing strength is predicted by means of the elastic-plastic finite element method(FEM).The results show that given that the groove corrosive defect size is the same,the smaller the casing OD,and the thinner the casing thickness are,the bigger equivalent stress peak value of the casing shall be;and compared with pipe OD,the pipe thickness produces a more obvious effect on the residual strength of the casing.The residual strength of the casing with groove corrosive defect is evaluated,based on which,it is concluded that the deeper groove is,the lower the residual strength shall be,and the pipe diameter and wall thickness have a more significant effect on the residual strength.
