基于减径率分配修正方法的张力减径工艺软件开发

    Development of Stretch-reducing Process Software for Reduction Ratio Allocation Correction Method

    • 摘要: 对传统张力减径工艺减径率分配方案进行了修正,基于MATLAB软件的交互功能,开发了一整套的张力减径工艺计算软件。以某企业20机架三辊张力减径设备为例,分析了张力减径工艺参数设计理论,构建了工艺设计软件编制的思路和方法,为生产单位提供了合理的孔型设计系统、速度制度以及力能参数、刀具参数计算等功能。得到的计算结果与企业实际生产数据相近,可以验证基于修正方法的计算软件的正确性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: The conventional allocation scheme of the reduction ratio of the stretch-reducing process is corrected.And based on the interactive function of the MATLAB software,a complete set of the stretch-reducing process calculation software is developed.Taking the 20-stand,3-roll stretch-reducing mill as located at a certain domestic company as an example,the design theory of the stretch-reducing process parameters are analyzed,and the idea and the methods for the process design software are constructed,which provides such proper functions as pass design system,speed scheme,calculation of the mechanical parameters and tool parameters for the production unit.The calculated results are very close to the actual production data,which can verify the correctness and reliability of the calculation software based on the correction method.
