    Analysis of Penetration Failure of L360N Linepipe for Shale Gas Gathering Pipeline

    • 摘要: 采用宏观形貌分析、理化性能测试、扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析及X射线衍射等手段,分析了Φ89.0 mm×5.0 mm规格L360N集输管线管的穿孔失效原因。结果表明,导致该管线管穿孔的主要原因是输送流体中含有CO2、硫酸盐还原菌、Cl-等腐蚀介质,使管材内壁局部先发生点腐蚀,后在携砂返排液流体反复冲蚀作用下发生穿孔。建议对该管线内壁进行全面检测,开展管线管腐蚀预防技术和措施的调查与研究。

       

      Abstract: The penetration failure of the Φ89.0 mm×5.0 mm L360N linepipe for the gathering pipeline is analyzed by means of macro-morphological analysis,physical and chemical property testing,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis,and X-ray diffraction etc.The results show that the main reason for the penetration of the linepipe is that the transported fluid contains corrosive media such as CO2,sulfate-reducing bacteria,and Cl-,etc.,which first causes local pitting corrosion on the inner surface of the pipe,and then the said penetration occurs with the effect of repeated erosion by the sand-carrying flowback fluid.Accordingly it is recommended to conduct an overall inspection to the inner surface of the pipeline,and to carry out an investigation and research on the corrosion-prevention technology and measures for the linepipe.
