    Research on Heat Treatment Process for Gr3 Low-temperature Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 研究了不同热处理制度对Gr3低温无缝钢管力学性能和微观组织的影响,并总结最优的热处理工艺。分析认为:热轧态的Gr3低温无缝钢管经过正火和正火+回火热处理,可以细化晶粒,调整组织,提高综合力学性能;通过850℃正火+650℃回火热处理可以得到比较理想的低温韧性,钢管的-100℃纵向和横向冲击值均在100 J以上。

       

      Abstract: Researched on in the paper are the effects by different heat treatment schemes on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the Gr3 low-temperature seamless steel tube,based on which the best heat treatment process is summarized.It is regarded via the analysis that thanks to the normalization process and the normalization+tempering process,the as-hot-rolled Gr3 low-temperature seamless steel tube has its grain refined,microstructure adjusted,and overall mechanical property improved;and rather desirable low-temperature toughness of the pipe can be obtained,and both the pipe's-100℃longitudinal impact energy and traversal impact energy are higher than 100 J due to the process of normalization at 850℃+tempering at 650℃.
