    Modification of Mandrel-retaining Holder for Φ168 mm PQF Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 介绍了Φ168 mm PQF连轧管机组轧制工艺和芯棒限动夹持头工作流程,分析了芯棒夹持头原五连杆机构的设计及缺陷,提出了夹持头改造方案。分析认为:通过改造芯棒夹持头壳体结构、五连杆中间连杆、五连杆支撑座和夹持器锁紧液压缸安装形式,彻底解决了限制Φ168 mm PQF限动芯棒连轧管机组生产节奏和设备运行效率的瓶颈问题,提高了生产线连续生产的稳定性和设备开动率。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the article are the rolling process of the Φ168 mm PQF pipe mill,and the workflow of the mandrel-retaining holder.And also analyzed are the design of said holder's original 5-linkage mechanism,and the shortcomings thereof.Accordingly the modification plan for the said holder is proposed.It is regarded via the analysis that the bottleneck problem of the said mill that the production cycle and the equipment running efficiency are restricted has been completely solved owing to such actions as modifying the case structure,the middle linkage rod and the support seat of the 5-linkage mechanism,and changing the mounting type of the holder locking hydraulic cylinder,etc.As a result the continuous production consistency and the equipment operation rate of the production line are both enhanced.
