    Development and Application Practice of Management-control Integration (MCI) System for Measurement Point

    • 摘要: 测量点工位位于钢管精整线出口,承担整个生产线过程控制与生产管理任务。以管体三号线测量点L2自主集成改造项目为核心,系统总结了在钢管测量点管控一体化系统架构上的探索成果。提出了一种以硬件信号解耦、节拍转移控制、分布式计算为基础的测量点应用开发架构。优化后的测量点管控一体化控制架构改变了传统的"事件驱动"编程模式,提高了控制系统对现场错误信号的容错能力,更为适应测量点生产管理与过程控制一体化需求。

       

      Abstract: Located on the outlet side of the steel pipe finishing line,the measurement point station assumes the task of process control of the entire production line and the production management. Focusing on the autonomous integration modification project of Measurement Point L2 on Pipe Body Line No.3,the exploration achievement of the framework of the steel pipe measurement point MCI system is systematically summarized. Proposed here is a framework for the development and application of the measurement point on the basis of hardware signal decoupling,beat transfer control and distributive computation. The optimized measurement point MCI framework is capable of changing the conventional "event driven"programming mode,and enhancing the fault tolerance of the control system for the site faulty signal, having been more satisfactory to the need by the measurement point production management and process control integration.
