摘要: 拟定以"热穿孔+二次冷轧"工艺生产S32760超级双相不锈钢无缝管,对其热穿孔、冷轧及热处理工艺进行了研究。生产实践表明:通过选取合适的穿孔工艺参数,可从源头上控制S32760荒管的表面质量及组织,为成品管质量提供保证;通过调整和优化冷轧参数可确保其表面质量和尺寸精度;通过热处理工艺正交试验确定了最佳的热处理制度;生产出的S32760成品管基体为奥氏体-铁素体两相组织,铁素体含量50.3%,室温力学性能及耐腐蚀性能优良,满足技术条件要求。Abstract: Based on an intention to produce the S32760 super duplex stainless steel seamless tube with the "hotpiercing + secondary cold-rolling" process,the related hot-piercing,cold-rolling and heat treatment processes are studied. Relevant production practice shows that the surface quality and microstructure of the S32760 steel tube can be well controlled from the sources by means of properly determining piercing process parameters so as to ensure of the quality of the finished pipe; both the surface quality and dimensional tolerances of the tube can be guaranteed via properly adjusting and optimizing the cold-rolling parameters;the best heat treatment scheme is determined via the orthogonal test for the heat treatment process;the matrix of the finished S32760 tube is of austenite-ferrite two-phase structure with 50.3% ferrite content, and the room temperature mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are excellent, having been satisfactory to applicable technical requirements.
